My thanks to Kate Booth of Eaton Smith for her great session last year on the Perils of Facebook I have just picked up a couple of stories from Euen Semple -  Mmmm...

Firstly a Twitter user sued for taking his Twitter name, and its followers, with him when he left his company. Who owns your networks?

Secondly a company being taken to court by a former employee because the took exception to his use of Linkedin. Again an interesting testing of the lines between an individual and their employer.

And lastly the Olympic comms team banned volunteers from using social tools during the games. I will leave it to Paul Allen of Facebook to comment on this.
